WHAT HAPPENS IN AN AGING STRONG CLASS?

You’ll work in a small group using the reformer and supportive props like cushions and blocks. Your instructor will guide you through gentle movements focused on balance, stability and functional strength — all the movements that help you stay independent and active.

Every exercise can be modified and your instructor will check in with you throughout. The pace is slower and more supportive, with extra time for transitions and adjustments.
