BE ACTIVE,
BE INDEPENDENT,
BE STRONG.

Movement designed for older adults, where you’re genuinely seen, supported, and celebrated. Choose from Reformer, Strength, or Stretch or do all three.

Three ways to age strong

All classes are 40 minutes with a maximum of 8 people. These three programs work seamlessly together or choose what your body needs most.

Ageing Strong Reformer

Exercises on the reformer focused on balance, stability, mobility and functional strength.

Thoughtfully paced with supportive props and guidance at every step.

Gentle to moderate • You’ll leave feeling steadier and more confident

Ageing Strong Strength

Functional weight bearing work to build bone density, lean muscle, and real world capability. Free weights and resistance tools with careful instruction on proper technique. Small, coached, never intimidating.

Gentle to moderate • You’ll leave feeling powerful and capable

Ageing Strong Stretch

Gentle, supported stretching to ease tension, improve mobility, and restore balance. The pace is slow and meditative.

Gentle and restorative • You’ll leave feeling released and lighter

All three programs work seamlessly together—or you can choose what your body needs most.

“When I first started over a year ago, my ankle hurt, I had to strap my knee all the time and my back was a nightmare. Since taking up Pilates my ankle is fine, I don’t need to strap my knee anymore. I enjoy my classes very much, have made some very good friends and overall my health, both physical and mental has improved out of sight. I am 74 years old, which goes to show you are never too old for Pilates.”
