Reformer Classes

All classes are 40 minutes with a maximum of 8 people. Your intro pack gives you access to all of them.

Reformer Essentials — New to Pilates? Start here

Learn core Pilates exercises step by step with patient instruction. The slower pace means you’re building proper form and correct habits from day one.

Gentle to moderate • You’ll leave feeling confident and proud you started

Reformer Everyday — Once you know the basics

Our signature full body class. Dynamic sequences work your core, legs, arms, and back. The pace keeps you focused without overwhelming you.

Moderate • You’ll leave feeling energised and accomplished

Reformer Challenge — Experienced

Complex choreography, advanced variations, faster transitions, heavier springs. This class demands focus, strength, and control.

Challenging • You’ll leave feeling empowered and seriously proud

Reformer Stretch — All levels

Gentle, supported stretching using the reformer’s spring assistance to improve flexibility and mobility. The pace is slower and meditative.

Gentle and restorative • You’ll leave feeling released and lighter
