You’ll work in a small group using free weights and resistance toolsno reformer, just you, the floor and functional movements. Your instructor will guide you through proper form, breathing and technique for each exercise.

If you’re completely new to exercise, we recommend starting with Reformer Essentials first to build foundational strength and body awareness. Once you feel comfortable with movement, Everyday Strength is a great next step. Not sure? Reach out and we’ll help you choose the best starting point.

No. This program uses moderate weights with high repetition and control — building lean, functional strength rather than bulk. You’ll feel toned, capable and strong in everyday life.

Perfect — that’s exactly who this class is for. Your instructor will teach you proper form, breathing and technique from the ground up. You’ll feel confident and safe from your very first lift.

Reformer uses spring resistance and focuses on core stability and flexibility. Everyday Strength uses free weights and functional movements to build power and bone density. They complement each other beautifully — most of our clients do both.

Absolutely! That’s the intention. Your intro pack gives you access to try any combination of Reformer and Everyday Strength classes. Many clients do 2-3 Reformer classes per week plus 1 Strength class.

You can easily cancel or reschedule through our booking app. We ask that you give us at least 12 hours notice so we can offer your spot to someone else. This policy helps us keep classes available for everyone.

We have street parking available at the studio. During mid-morning classes (around 9-10am), it can get busier, so we recommend arriving a few extra minutes early to find a spot.

Nothing. We provide all weights, resistance tools and equipment. Just bring yourself, water and comfortable workout clothes.

We’d love to help! Please reach out before booking so we can chat about your injury, understand your needs and determine if Everyday Strength is suitable for you. We can also work with your treating professional (physio, doctor, etc.) to make sure you stay safe and get the most from your practice.
