Movement is key to a life lived well. I have shared this philosophy as a health and wellbeing specialist for 20 years.

As a Pilates educator and instructor, I am also a rehab trainer and stretch therapy teacher, using movement as medicine.

My knowledge, love for human movement, and passion for helping others improve wellness creates a strong, connected studio community.
