Created by Pilates Educator Jane Pavlovic, this program teaches essential principles, from core activation to movement mechanics, so you can feel confident and prepared for ongoing Pilates practice—whether in group reformer classes or private sessions.

FAQs

Yes! This program is designed specifically for those new to Pilates or returning after a break. We start with fundamental movements, focusing on core strength, posture, and alignment, ensuring you build confidence and progress at your own pace.

Unlike an Introductory Reformer Pack, which offers general access to classes, this structured 3-week program is a progressive learning experience. Led by Jane Pavlovic, a Pilates educator with over 20 years of experience, each session builds on the last, teaching you key Pilates principles that you’ll carry into any future class.

Our small group setting allows for personalised modifications, and our instructors are trained to safely support a variety of abilities. If you have specific concerns, we recommend contacting us before enrolling so we can advise on the best approach for you.

Wear comfortable, fitted activewear that allows you to move freely. Grippy socks are optional but recommended for stability. Bring a water bottle, and we’ll provide everything else you need for class!

By the end of the program, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and prepared to continue your Pilates journey. You can transition into our group reformer classes with ease, or explore private sessions if you’d like further personalised guidance. Our team will help you choose the best next step based on your goals.
