In the meantime, you can start with Reformer Essentials — our beginner-friendly class with slower pacing, step-by-step instruction, and plenty of personal guidance. It’s perfect for complete beginners who want to dive right in.

Pilates isn’t about being flexible — it’s about building strength, stability, and mobility. Every exercise can be adapted to meet you where you are today.

Maybe a little (in a good way!). But you’ll also feel energized, lighter, and proud that you’ve done something good for yourself.

Most people see great results with 2-3 classes per week. That said, even once a week makes a difference. Choose what feels sustainable for you.

You can easily cancel or reschedule through our booking app. We ask that you give us at least 12 hours notice so we can offer your spot to someone else. This policy helps us keep classes available for everyone.

We have street parking available at the studio. During mid-morning classes (around 9-10am), it can get busier, so we recommend arriving a few extra minutes early to find a spot.

3 Reformer classes (any type), free grip socks, access to our welcoming community, and two weeks to complete your classes. That’s it — simple.

Absolutely! They’ll need their own intro pack, but you’re welcome to book the same class times and experience it together.
