MAT PILATES

An all over body workout that awakens muscles you never knew you had. Classes incorporate a variety of equipment to make them fun and challenging. Classes use small balls, circles, small weights, bands and foam rollers.

REFORMER

Our small group reformer classes are designed to ensure you get the personal attention you deserve. The reformer is spring loaded and provides incredible resistance training, giving you the ultimate total body workout.

BARRE

A fusion of Pilates, ballet and fitness. These high energy classes target the legs, glutes and arms and will have you discovering your inner ballerina. Classes will incorporate small balls, bands and small weights.

MOTR

A combination of the Reformer and the foam roller, this resistance trainer allows you to workout in eight different body positions. It’s guaranteed to get your heart rate up and challenge your coordination.

STRETCH

Our stretch classes are a great way to relax your mind and body. With a focus on slow, controlled movements and deep breathing, stretch classes can help reduce stress and anxiety while promoting mental clarity and wellbeing.

OUR STUDIO SPACES

OUR STUDIO SPACES

At Pilates On Collingwood Street, we have three unique studio spaces to offer you the ultimate variety in your workouts.

  • GROUP STUDIO has an exciting array of classes for you to get your move on, including Mat Pilates incorporating resistance bands, small balls, Pilates circles and small hand weights; Cardio Barre; Sculpt Barre; Yoga; Stretch and Motr.


  • REFORMER STUDIO offers personalised classes with no more than six clients, delivering an incredible total body sculpting workout every time. Every exercise can be modified just for you and achieve the results you deserve.


  • FULL STUDIO EXPERIENCE offers a customised workout for those wanting a one-on-one experience. Incorporating all of the studio equipment, these sessions offer a more specialised program. Perfect for those needing rehab from an injury or for those just looking for an extra challenge.

1. REGISTER WITH US

Before you can start booking classes, you will first need to register as a new client with Pilates on Collingwood Street.

  • Navigate to our ‘Schedule‘ page
  • Click ‘Login / Register‘ at the top of the class schedule calendar
  • Enter email address and select a password
  • Complete our brief ‘new client form

You will be directed back to the class schedule on completion. From here you can purchase a class pack or membership of your choice and start booking your favourite classes.
