  • 4 Reformer Pilates Sessions per Week: With four sessions each week, designed to improve your core stability, strength, and mobility.
  • InBody Scans: Start and finish the challenge with an InBody scan to track your progress and see your results.

  • Technique Workshops: Participate in two workshops focused on perfecting your technique to ensure you’re getting the most out of every session.
  • Guest Speakers: Learn from two expert guest speakers who will provide insights and inspiration to help you stay motivated and achieve your goals.

  • WEEKLY CLASSES: 4 Reformer Pilates Sessions per Week (19.08 – 29.09.2024): With four sessions each week, designed to improve your core stability, strength, and mobility. No extension will be granted.

  • SCANS: Start and finish the challenge with an InBody scan to track your progress and see your results.

  • WORKSHOPS: Participate in two workshops focused on perfecting your technique to ensure you’re getting the most out of every session.

  • Movement is key to a life lived well – a philosophy Jane has actively shared in her role as a health and wellbeing specialist over the last twenty years.

    As a respected Pilates educator, and qualified Pilates instructor, as well as rehab trainer and stretch therapy teacher, Jane is passionate about using movement as medicine.

    Her expansive knowledge, combined with a love for human movement, and helping people improve their wellness, is what brings our studio community together.

    Jane is a regular presence in the studio, and will delivering many of the challenge classes. Feel free to speak to Jane about your specific goals and for any additional guidance you may require.

Before you can start booking classes, you will first need to register as a new client with Pilates on Collingwood Street.

  • Scroll up to the live class schedule on our >Schedule Page<
  • Click ‘Login / Register‘ at the top of the class schedule calendar (you may need to scroll up to the top of the schedule window to see the Login/Register button).
  • Enter email address and select a password.
  • Complete our brief ‘New Client Form’.

You will be directed back to the class schedule on completion. From here you can purchase the 6 Week Challenge Pack.

Before you can start booking classes, you will first need to register as a new client with Pilates on Collingwood Street.

  • Locate the ‘New Client Registration‘ button below to be directed to our new client registration window.
  • Enter your email address and click Next
  • Select a password and click Next
  • Complete our brief ‘New Client Form

You will be directed back to the class schedule on completion. You may select your favourite class, and purchase a class pack of your choice directly through this schedule tool on our website, or refer below for instructions on downloading the App (Step 2).
